Why we offer website grants for small charities
We are a social enterprise and we want to make it easier for small charities to get a website that will help them grow. Giving grants helps us learn more about the needs of small charities and improve our offering.
Previous website grant winners
Our website grant scheme is already making a difference for these small charities.
Get a website with no up-front cost
Small charities can apply for our website grant offering the design and build of a new website - a process that usually costs £3,600.
What the grant covers
The grant is funded by White Fuse, not a separate funding body. We will work with you to create a new charity website using our tools, processes and expertise. It’s not a cash grant that can be transferred elsewhere.
About the platform
The White Fuse platform is a dedicated suite of digital tools for charities. More about the platform.
All the setup costs associated with creating your website are covered by the grant. However, you must be able to fund the ongoing subscription costs of £65 per month + VAT. This monthly cost covers all hosting & support and automatic access to new features as they are added.
- You should be a charity registered in the UK, though we may consider applications from social enterprises or CIC's.
- Your turnover should be less than £1.5m.
- You must be ready to begin the website creation project.
- We cannot defer your application to a later date.
- You must explain why you cannot afford to pay.
We accept applications on a rolling basis and aim to give one grant per month.
