More about the project
Despite having a donations facility on their previous site, SHP were processing no donations. To form the foundation for a wider fundraising strategy we worked with SHP to improve their donations page. The new donations page showcases success stories and makes it clear where donations go and different ways in which donations can be made.
We also developed a range of password protected areas on the site that are each tailored to a specific group of users. Referral agents can download information and forms relating to the referral of their clients to SHP. Clients can download information about the services they will receive from SHP and be shown specific messages on an online notice board. Locum staff can see specific news updates and download useful information on internal processes.
